The village of Victoria, PEI, may resemble a ghost town during the winter but wait until the summer and the area’s four blocks come alive with East Coast hospitality. In Victoria lies the Victoria Village Inn, run by Stephen Hunter, an inn keeper and chef. Talia Ricci spoke with Hunter to find out what makes Victoria so special.
