Vetro Reopens After Post-Sandy Renovation

NEW YORK—The newest local restaurant to be awarded Five Star Diamond status by AAHS has just reopened its doors in Howard Beach, Queens. 

Vetro Restaurant & Lounge recently underwent a full renovation following damage sustained from Hurricane Sandy. Chef Michael DeGeorgio oversees the creative and classic Italian cuisine. The restaurant was voted the 1 Best Restaurant in the Tri-State Area by OpenTable.com. The award-winning wine list features more than 415 wines from around the world.
