Magnificent Jewels (Sotheby’s): Collectors will discover rare Egyptian-Revival jewels made by Cartier in the 1920s, an exotic Boucheron bracelet shown at the 1931 Exposition Coloniale in Paris, and a private collection of iconic Schlumberger designs. Exhibits currently open.

Ancient Jewelry (Christie’s): Offering a spectacular array of rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings from Greece, Rome, Egypt, and the Near East, the 15th annual sale is led by a Greek gold bracelet, circa 300 B.C., with a lion on a Herakles knot adorning the center. Exhibits currently open.
Fine and Rare Wines Featuring Selections from the Doctor’s Cellar and the Bordeaux Wine Collection (Christie’s): The last wine sale of the year at Christie’s. This nearly 600-lot sale will present the second installment from The Doctor’s Cellar. No exhibits available.
