The highly anticipated Toro finally opened in Chelsea. Boston Chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette finally opened their NYC location after months of postponements.

NEW YORK—The highly anticipated Toro finally opened in Chelsea Monday evening.

Coming from Boston, Chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette opened their New York City location after months of postponements.

Toro NYC serves a mix of traditional and modern Spanish tapas.

The menu includes 62 dishes within six categories, including pinchos, cold tapas, and hot tapas. 

Drinks include a plethora of gin and tonics, sangrias, and sherry-based cocktails by mixologist Matthew Durgin.
