Teens in Prom Limo Escape Before It Bursts Into Flames

A group of teenagers who were on their way to prom had to flee from their limo after it caught fire. The ten teenagers from Natick, a small town near Boston, were in their rented limo when the driver spotted smoke coming up the windshield.

A group of teenagers who were on the way to their prom had to flee from their limo after it caught fire.

The 10 teenagers from Natick, a small town near Boston, were in their rented limo when the driver spotted smoke coming up the windshield.

“I saw smoke between the dashboard and windshield,” Yasir Sati, one of the passengers, told WCVB. “I tried to figure it out, and then the smoke started to come quick. I pulled over and just told everyone to get out.”

after they abandoned the vehicle, it became completely consumed by flames in minutes.

The teens weren’t injured, and managed to make it to prom.

Firefighters extinguished the flames, but it caught fire again while in tow. Firefighters extinguished the flames again.

The cause of the fire is yet unknown.
