Stef Ferrari is making craft ice cream in whimsical flavors out of her production space in Carroll Gardens, using custom bases for different ingredients. She has now opened up a tasting room on weekends where the public can try her ice cream.
A rotating selection of flavors is available. This weekend, the lineup is likely to include: lemon bar, bananas Ferrari, Bonfire at Midnight (smoked chocolate ice cream with cherry-orange swirl and graham cracker), and Sriracha popcorn.
