Village Fishmonger NYC is producing Sustainable Seafood Week NYC, from May 6 to May 11, with a series of events, including:

- Tastings with star chefs, including April Bloomfield, Marco Canora, David Chang, Kerry Heffernan, Anita Lo, Rick Moonen, Dave Pasternack, and Bill Telepan ($100).
- An after-hours supper club by Luke’s Lobster, to benefit the Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative ($135).
- Classes on ceviches and tostadas, and fish butchering, at Haven’s Kitchen ($135 each).
- A sea-to-table tasting cruise ($75).
- A sustainable oyster throwdown at SUSHISAMBA ($65).
