“It is breathtaking,” said Roach of “The Business Catalyst,” a consulting strategist, author, and philanthropist. “It is everything and more that everyone said it would be, it is a must-see—multiple times.”
New York-based Shen Yun was formed in 2006 with a mission to share the traditional Chinese culture on the world’s stage through music and art. Thirteen years later, the artists have grown the company to seven equal-sized contingents that now tour 150 cities globally.
Roach said the performance was “so inspiring, so inspiring.”
“Delicate and strong, fast and slow, emotional, beautiful,” Roach said.
The dynamic performance created feelings of excitement and transcended the every day for Roach.
“It’s just beautiful; it transports you to a different world,” Roach said.
“I think it’s amazing, I think it’s so cool. ”I’m here with my 5 and a half-year-old daughter,“ she said. ”I think it’s amazing to be able to expose her to that culture and begin that conversation with her.”
“I think it’s awesome to have a conversation where we are accepting and we are exploring, and we are looking at religion and spirituality from all different angels,” she said.
