Shen Yun’s Music Tells Stories, Says Manager of Travel Agency

“I used to be a flight attendant and have been to many shows around the world. Tonight’s concert is special. I know that the music was telling me stories. I could hear the wind blowing and feel it on my face. I could see flowers and Kublai Khan fighting a battle in a desert on a horse. The flag he used was big and it waves in the air in a far away place.”

“I see plum blossoms, mountains and oceans. I also see horses running and feel that the Mongolian Khan is fighting a battle. This concert is absolutely unique.”

“If it was all oriental music, it would feel a bit heavy. If it was all Western music, I wouldn’t like it. Combining the Eastern and Western music is ideal.”

“I want to keep having encores, unfortunately the place is closing. I must have been the one who shouted ‘encore’ the loudest.”
