“I am here with my mom tonight; it is our little Valentine’s deal together.”

“We actually have family that was in Singapore and so coming to shows like this, its, for me, it’s a really big learning experience. My uncle talks about the stories a lot so it’s nice to see the stories and learn about the history.”

“The colors—I was going to say—flowing across the stage. That is probably … what surprises me a lot is just [the dancers’] movement. Probably the best way to say it is it’s very graceful, very smooth, like they are floating.”

“I’m also very much interested in the music, … listening to the orchestra and just the combination of the music and dance, and show, and story. That’s everything that I am absorbing.”
