VIENNA, Austria—Shen Yun Performing Arts gave two shows on April 5, at the Vienna Stadthalle to a highly appreciative audience.

In the audience were Mr. Fuchsbichler, a financial consultant, and his wife, who had come to the show the year before and couldn’t wait to see what this year’s show brought to the Viennese people.

“We acknowledge that we are repeat visitors to the Shen Yun,” said Mr. Fuchsbichler with a smile lighting up his face.

“This year’s program was a totally different,” said both.

“We especially were fascinated by the costumes and the music—amazing,” said Mr. Fuchbichler enthusiastically.

His wife added, “The costumes are dazzling. And what is so astounding is the combination of culture, dance, and song—this unique genre. Ingenious!”

Then, her husband wanted to share what he had enjoyed, “The costumes were just beautiful. The colors, dazzling!”

Both loved the combination of Eastern and Western music.

The audience came to see if the show would be as promised in the flyers and advertisements. Few could imagine what was in store for them.

They saw stories from China’s history that included ancient tales of heroism and modern tales of courage. They saw folklore handed down through the centuries come to life in a modern setting with the latest technological advances.

They saw beautiful pictures on the backdrop that used the latest technology. Artists on the stage greeted them wearing the most colorful costumes. They listened to music from an orchestra that embraced both Eastern and Western instruments.
