“I thought the performance was incredible. I thought it was very artistic, coming from a dance background ... Thinking about the history of China and the dynasties, and ... the traditional history, it was a really great production of China.”
 

“Each dance had a different focus, whether it was with handkerchiefs or it was with bowls or it was just with hands. And then I also think that the tumbling and the flips added a different layer to it as well, it just allowed for each story to be told in a different way. With modern technology—I thought that was a very interesting element to be brought into traditional dance, so it was able to fuse both tradition and modern.”
