Enjoy the following recipe from Chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg of Blue Ribbon Beer Garden, Manhattan.

Corn Bread

Yield: 12 servings

2 cups cornmeal
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 cup baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 cups whole milk
4 whole eggs
1/4 Ib melted butter
1/2 cup honey

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in large bowl.
Whisk together whole milk, eggs, butter, and honey in another blowl.
Add the wet to the ingredients and stir until just mixed.
Spray the tray with non-stick spray.
Fill your tray 2/3 way.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown at 375 degrees, no fan.
