Emily Breeze Watson still works out six times a week even though she was supposed to give birth to a baby boy a week ago. And some work out it is.
She dead-lifted 205 pounds for 10 reps while already several days overdue, according to wbtv.com.
Her personal record is 325 pounds, so her pregnancy routine feels easy.
“[I]t’s, like, whatever,” she told the TV channel.
Watson, of Charlotte, North Carolina, has attracted quite some attention by her fitness regimen, regularly documented on her Instagram.
Some voiced concerns for the health of her baby, yet she assures that her doctor approves and she follows his advice.
“The ultimate goal is to have a healthy baby,” she said. “I just am trying to be as healthy as I can be for the baby, and him getting here is the most important thing. … But this is the only lifestyle I know. I’m just trying to be me.”
