NEW YORK—The Mulberry Project is bringing back the blind tiger. A three-month pop-up speakeasy, called Project 1919, will operate behind a secret slotted door within the restaurant in Little Italy beginning on Jan. 6.

The speakeasy is led by mixologists Sam Ziar (Orient Express, Le Grenier, 50 Parties, and The Bourgeois Pig) and Jasper Soffer (Spice Market, Soho House, Pegu Group, and Shochu Lounge)

The cocktail menu features barrel-aged spirits with a focus on dark blends, and daily Bartender’s Choice cocktails. The cocktail list will be comprised of 10 original and 10 classic cocktails.

Tables seat up to four people and reservations are required.
