A series of pictures have captured the comical moment a lazy orangutan doesn’t want to wake up from his naps, despite his mother’s best efforts.
In pictures snapped by Galina Bonnard—who’s in her 40s and hails from Belgium—an 18-year-old Sari can be seen dragging her sleepy son Berani, 5, at Pairi Daiza Zoo in Belgium.
“The orangutan family living there is a very entertaining group, they always put a smile on your face, so I was hoping to see their love for each other and often Berani acting like a little clown,” Galani said. “Every time, they surprise me one way or another.”
Galini said she’s always seen there is love between the two orangutans. Describing their personalities, she said Sari is a good, strong mother, whereas Berani is a bit mischievous.
