A recall has been issued for P.F. Chang’s frozen meals for possible presence of metal fragments, ConAgra Foods announced.

There have been no reports of injuries or adverse reactions as of yet.

The company ordered a voluntary recall for numerous P.F. Chang’s Home frozen meals because of impacted sugar from a supplier, which may have metal fragments in it. The metal fragments measure 2mm–9 mm, the company says.

An initial recall was issued earlier this month after one of the company’s employees saw metal fragments while dispensing sugar from a supplier for a P.F. Chang’s sauce ingredient. The supplier then notified ConAgra foods of further production lots of sugar that were impacted.

The items were distributed across the country. Customers are advised not to consume the products and return them to where they were originally bought. Consumers with questions can call the company’s consumer affairs hotline at 1-800-252-0634
