This has to be a big statement coming from someone who has barely sat on a horse before, but it’s hard to imagine many other places as beautiful to go on a horse trek. It’s beautiful for everything that is there, not just the scenery, but also the people you meet and the traditional way of life. Song Kol Lake is in a perfect setting where reaching it on horses involves riding high over mountain passes, while staying with nomad families in yurts.
