The zesty Cambodian sandwich shop Num Pang just launched an exclusive drinks and bar snacks menu at the NoMad.
This is the first location to serve beer and wine.
Num Pang offers a selection of “Num-tails” such as the Cambodian Sangria with lychee, watermelon, pickled Asian pear, oranges and Thai basil; the “Num-Chilada,” made with Captain Lawrence Liquid Gold, tomato juice, sweet soy, and chilis; and the “Lemonang,” which combines beer with lemonade, pickled lemons, and fresh herbs.
Num Pang NoMad’s beverage menu also features a selection of craft beers, both on-tap, in cans, and by the bottle; such as Captain Lawrence Liquid Gold and Six Point Sweet Action.
Red and white wine are also available.
To accompany the beverages, the new savory snacks menu includes Spicy Chicken Wings tossed in honey, cayenne pepper, sweet soy, ginger, and dried Thai chilis and sticky Tamarind Glazed Baby Back Ribs. Both dishes are served with a side of seasonal market pickles and Roasted Okra drizzled with a Cauliflower Crema.
The beverage menu is available at the Nomad location throughout the day, while the bar snacks menu is available Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m.
