Low-Fat Gourmet Holey Donuts! Coming to NYC

Holey Donuts! is making its jump from selling online, where it has 153,000 Facebook fans, to selling retail in Greenwich Village. The buzz about these donuts is their toothsomeness without the conventional amount of fat (3 to 5 grams of fat compared to 15 to 40 in others, and no artificial sweetener). The shop, which opens on May 4, will stock over 26 varieties of donuts, from raspberry vanilla truffle to pink velvet. The doughnuts retail for $3.85 each. The shop will also carry a line of non-GMO natural juices, as well as its own fair trade premium coffee. 

There’s a three-day pre-grand opening starting on May 1. Fans can win tickets by emailing [email protected] with “New York City Guest List” in the subject line. Attendees will receive freebies including doughnuts and a tote bag.
