On July 21, chef Dave Santos is hosting “Papa Hemingway’s Birthday Feast” in honor of Ernest Hemingway’s 115th birthday. The eight-course menu retraces his many travels through Europe, the Americas, and Africa. Some dishes include Chorizo with Piquillo Peppers & Poached Eggs (Spain) and Spiced Goat with Corn & Beans (Africa). Price per person is $65 and BYO beer or wine.
