Lady Gaga has been served with a $30.5 million lawsuit from ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari, threatening the livelyhood of Grammy Award winner and famed recording artist.
Lady Gaga fame surged after a variation in her musical approach that was allegedly assisted by Fusari her former boyfriend and music producer.
Fusari claims that he helped Gaga change her rough rock exterior to a commercial friendly sound that included dance rhythms and synthesized pop sounds.
CNN confirmed Fusari’s Lawyer Robert Meloni drafted this statement in the lawsuit, “He pushed her to explore different musical genres.”
Over the course of the next several months, Lady Gaga (born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) commuted from New York to Jersey seven days a week, radically reshaping her approach.
They put their focus on writing music and finding a sound for her.”
Lady Gaga’s publicist responded to CNN with, “We have no comment.”
New York City native Lady Gaga worked with Fusari and then moved on, signing with a subisdary label to Interscope.
After being noticed by rapper/songwriter Akon, Gaga released her debut album “The Fame” for which she was awarded two Grammy Awards.
