DAEGU, South Korea—The Chairman of the Pro-environment Art Association, Mr. Kwon, watched the fifth performance of the Divine Performing Arts in Daegu on February 2, 2009. He highly praised the performance.

“The actors’ performances were wonderful, and the backdrop designs are even more impressive. The vivid, dynamic, and three-dimensional backdrops matched the actors’ performances seamlessly and embellished the atmosphere. The effects are fantastic.”

“All stories and scenes are gorgeous— the fairies, Buddha, and Gods coming to the world from the heaven [The Five Millennia Begin, when divine beings gather to descend to Earth bringing culture]. The dancing, music, and stories are well integrated. The artistic performance is also rich in variety. The costumes are gorgeous,” said Kwon, adding that the show has “strong rhythm.”

Kwon was most impressed by the first program, The Five Millennia Begin, and Heaven Awaits Us Despite Persecution, in which the father was persecuted to death and ascended to heaven. Kwon said the show “refreshed” him, “We have enlightenment about our life and living.”
