How to Make: Breakfast Cup Strawberry Cheesecake

Cake for breakfast? Yes, please!

 

NGREDIENTS
6 oz. plain yogurt
1 tbs cottage or quark cheese 
10 large strawberries
½ tbs of flaxseed
½ tbs of sesame seeds
½ tbs of sunflower seeds
2 tbs sliced almonds 
3 tbs regular oats
cinnamon, vanilla powder and ground cloves to taste 
Honey or any natural sweetener

1. Fill the bottom of the cup with 5 strawberries cut into pieces

2. Mix the yogurt with cottage cheese, spices and sweetener. Pour the mixture into the cup on top of the strawberries

3. Grind (not too much!) the seeds, almonds and oats. Add them to the cup.

4. Finally, place the other 5 strawberries in a bowl and heat them slightly in the microwave (approximately 30 seconds on high). Add the heated strawberries to the top of the cup. Done!!

Optional : Sprinkle with a teaspoon of black raisins and pumpkin seeds .

Let it all set in the fridge for at least 30 min.
