High Road and Fairway Launch Ice Cream

Atlanta-based chef Keith Schroeder has brought his artisan confection, High Road Craft Ice Cream, to all Fairway Market stores, at the same time making use of some of their exclusive products. He said he felt much like a kid in a candy store as he picked out ingredients to develop his flavors. The end result was four flavors: Fig & Saba (with Calabrian Artibel figs in syrup); Fairway to Heaven Coffee; Frutti di Bosco and Stracciatella; and Olive Oil, with Fairway’s signature unfiltered extra-virgin olive oil ($5.99 a pint).
