This 16.6-kilogram sweet potato grows in a modern agricultural center in eastern China’s Hailin District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, where it is tended by the garden’s horticulturist.

The gigantic sweet potato, which has been growing suspended in air for one year, has become a tourist attraction.

The garden is going to apply the Shanghai Guinness Book of World Records to have the mighty sweet potato measured for the record.
