His attorneys argued that post-trial motions would likely ’substantially' reduce the final judgment, and he would suffer irreparable harm without the stay.

‘The Court was overtly hostile towards defense counsel and President Trump, and displayed preferential treatment towards Plaintiff’s counsel,’ his lawyer said.
Ms. Carroll is seeking $10 million in damages.
