The Rubin Chef’s Table on June 8 features a program that combines a guided tour of the exhibition “Bodies in Balance: The Art of Tibetan Medicine” about Tibetan nutrition, spices, and herbs with guide Tashi Chodron. The tour is then followed by a journey to Jackson Heights’s GangJong Kitchen for a discussion, demonstration, and traditional Tibetan dinner with award-winning chef Tenzing Tsering.
