NEW YORK—The third-generation owner of Junior’s—Alan Rosen—is opening a new Midtown restaurant by uniting with chef Nathan Huntington (from Chicago’s L2O). 

The new restaurant, Enduro, opens Aug. 26 and will serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, seven days a week.

The restaurant is named in honor of Rosen’s grandfather, who operated Enduro restaurants in the twenties, reported Grub Street

Enduro’s lunch menu includes Veal Meatball, with Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella and Greens ($16); Mahi Mahi Taco, with Greens ($15); and Kale and Barley Salad with King Oyster Mushroom ($12)

Dinner includes Lobster & Crab Chopped Salad with Lemon Dressing ($24); Atlantic Salmon, Escarole, Olive, Sun Dried Tomato ($24); and Berkshire Pork Loin with Sage and Yukon Gold ($24).

And don’t forget dessert: Soft Serve Cheesecake and Graham Cracker Ice Cream ($10).
