Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) filed suit against a new box set of Elvis Presley recordings that was released by two men in Florida and England, the company said this week.

The company said that the two men are illegally selling DVD and CD box sets of the singer’s performances, one from 1977‘s “Elvis in Concert,” footage from the rock ‘n’ roll pioneer in Omaha, and other footage of the late singer in Rapid City, S.D., The Associated Press reported.

The company said it owns the rights to the footage and audio. “EPE was able to track down the individuals they believe to be behind the release and distribution of the box set,” it said.

EPE, which is based out of Memphis, Tenn., filed suit against England resident Joseph Pirzada in the Chancery Division of the High Court, England and Wales.

Pirzada’s home was searched by EPE’s legal and computer experts on Jan. 25, and the “evidence uncovered led to the filing of a lawsuit against Mr. Pirzada for copyright infringement” the company said in a Monday statement.

“Elvis Presley Enterprises will not tolerate infringement of our intellectual property rights,” said Jack Soden, CEO of Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc., according to AP.
