Easter Monday is the day after Easter Sunday and is treated as a sort of continuation of the holiday as many workers get the day off despite it being a weekday.

However, while many stores such as Target and Costco were closed on Easter Sunday, they will be open on Easter Monday.

Walmart, Safeway, Trader Joe’s Publix, Kroger, Whole Foods, Target, Costco, and other chain stores will be open for normal hours.

Grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, and most restaurants will also be open.

There will still be a few stores that will stay closed on Monday or have limited hours, but these will be smaller independently owned businesses.

Some of the stores will be closed due to Passover.

Banks were mostly closed on Sunday but will all be open on Monday.

Federal offices are open on Easter Monday, as are the majority of state and local offices.

The next federal holiday is Memorial Day on May 26, followed by Independence Day on July 4.

The next major religious day is the National Day of Prayer on May 1, followed by the Pentecost and Whit Monday on June 8 and June 9.
