TAICHUNG, Taiwan—Ms. Luo Tingyi, a dance and sport professor at a university, accompanied her husband to the third Divine Performing Arts (DPA) 2009 World Tour at Hui-Sun Auditorium, Taichung, on March 6.

Upon watching the show, she said, “The style and atmosphere produced by the show was rather attractive. It spelled out the beauty of Chinese classical dance. For audiences, it soothed their hearts.

This is Mrs. Luo’s second year of watching DPA. After seeing the program Heaven Awaits Us Despite Persecution, she was moved to tears. She said that lately the morality in the society isn’t too good, yet DPA was able to cleanse many souls. She will go back and encourage her colleagues and students to attend the show.

As a dancer, she said that the dances in DPA were spectacular, particularly the form. In the program Flowing Sleeves, she saw gentleness and beauty.

She also was impressed that the backdrops and the dancers blended well. “Especially when the immortal fairies were returning to the Moon Palace, it was so beautiful.”
