David Burke Group Opens Spyglass Rooftop Bar

After the opening of fabrick at the Archer Hotel, the David Burke Group has followed suit with its newest rooftop bar concept, Spyglass, on the hotel’s 22nd floor.

The bar, which aims to recall the glamour of the ‘40s and ’50s, features light bites from fabrick, as well as cocktails such as Empire State (Hendricks gin, St. Germaine ginger, and basil); and Top of the World (aperol, watermelon, St. Germain, prosecco).
