We had an unseasonably long and cold winter but at long last, here comes crawfish season.
Masq, which serves New American cuisine with a New Orleans flair, is organizing a crawfish boil on Saturday, April 26, 7 p.m.–10 p.m. The menu will include Cajun boiled crawfish with corn on the cob, red potatoes, and andouille sausage with a side of jambalaya.
