There is no New York Chocolate Show in NYC this year. Instead the Chocolate World Expo will be held at the Westchester County Center in White Plains on Nov. 3. The venue is close to the Metro North Railroad White Plains train station.
More than 50 local and regional vendors are expected. The expo, said show producer Marvin Baum, is meant to be a New York-style event that’s not afraid to be edgy and experimental.”
Among the more unusual offerings: chocolate cheese, chocolate salad dressing, and chocolate-covered pickles.
Admission: $15, adults; $10, children 5–11; free for under 5. For tickets and more information, visit www.ChocolateWorldExpo.com
