A proposed constitutional change would let lawmakers redraw congressional lines mid-decade under limited conditions and backers are urging a ‘yes’ vote.
The department said the change will soon be published in the Federal Register, allowing the public to comment on the proposal before it goes into effect.
‘Our greatest enemy should never have access to, nor benefit from, our capital markets or military procurement process in any way,’ Rep. Scott Perry said.
