Another cold wave of Arctic air is engulfing the United States. With wind chill, temperatures will likely dip into the 20s, 30s and 40s below zero in many parts of the United States. 

You'll probably want to stay indoors, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the crazy things done by people who do go outside. So, in case you didn’t realize just how cold it is out there, here is a short video of what happened to giant bubbles in -4 degrees Fahrenheit.
