This cocktail is not shaken, not stirred, and not even blended but served up in mid air.
This is not an illusion, but it is real. A british edible inventor, Charlie Francis has created a first levitating cocktail machine appropriately called the “levitron”.
The levitron uses ultrasonic waves to generate a levitating feel. The machine suspends droplets of very potent alcohol in a levitating field. So far, they took some Gin and Tonic cocktail, and found that there were droplets you could lick out of the air. The alcohol droplets are so strong at 70% proof that all you need is three or four tastes.
The inventor, Charlie Francis is the same person who invented the edible mist, and the glow- in- the- dark ice creams.
