- 1 small garlic clove, minced with coarse sea salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Tahini Mayo (recipe follows)
- 1/2 teaspoon brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (5-ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked apart, or 1 cup chopped cooked chicken, or 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 scallion, finely chopped (green and white parts)
