Every day we’re blessed with another opportunity to reach for our greatest potential, to do the things we believe we should do, to show up as a source of light, comfort, and inspiration to those around us, and to make the most of the precious time we’ve been given.

Though we can’t control many aspects of how each day will unfold, we can do our part to prepare for whatever each day may have in store. When we’ve handled responsibilities, put in our reps, and built a solid foundation of mind, body, and spirit, we set ourselves up for success. Here are 10 ways to ensure you’re making the most of each and every day.

Rise and Shine

How you begin each morning sets the tone for the entire day ahead. For starters, wake up early.
