LUDWIGSBURG, Germany—An enthusiastic audience attended the April 21 closing show by Shen Yun Performance Arts Touring Company in the Forum am Schlosspark.
The audience was impressed by the live orchestra, which combines Western and Eastern instruments, eliciting a most pleasing tone.
Many had not previously seen a traditional Chinese cultural show that brings to life ancient Chinese legends and values, as well as stories from modern-day China through classical Chinese and folk dance, and music.
Mr. Frank Jehle, executive director at Mann+Hummel, a supplier of the automobile industry, was in the audience with his wife and children.
“The show is very enjoyable, as well as very colorful!” Mr. Jehle said after the performance.
“It is very expressive and full of life, which enhances the show and makes is so interesting,” he added.
Mr. Wolfgang Wenzel, marketing manager at Thales headquarters, a global French company, said, “The show was wonderful.
“The music, with a combination of Eastern and Western instruments, was outstanding.”
Another audience member, Stephan Wegmann, project manager at the Bade-Wurttembergische Bank, said, “Every scene was very enriching.”
He felt that every scene was a short story, wonderfully portrayed by the performers.
“I will tell everyone about this show, so that many more people will come and see it,” Mr. Wegmann said in conclusion.

Shen Yun Performing Arts Touring Company will perform next in Stockholm, Sweden, then Vienna, Austria. For more information, visit ShenYunPerformingArts.org
