Seeding a Good Day

A good day is more about what you put into it than what you get out of it.

When was the last time you had a good day? What makes a day into a good day? Each night, when your head hits the pillow and you reflect upon the day gone by, do you tend to feel satisfied and content or disappointed and frustrated?

Author William A. Ward once said, “Judge each day not by the harvest you reap but by the seeds you plant.” Each day, we get to manage what we choose to focus on, how we decide to feel about one thing or another, what actions we take, how we treat those around us, and what we aim for. They all play a role in how each day pans out.
