We used a piña colada mix to change up a classic fruit salad, and now we can’t stop! Everyone loves this easy side.

Prep time: 15 min Total time: 15 min

Serves 6
  • 1/3 cup nonalcoholic Piña Colada mix, such as Daily’s or Master of Mixes
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup halved green grapes
  • 1/2 cup halved red grapes
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 10 strawberries, quartered
  • 2 clementine oranges, such as Cuties, peeled and sectioned
Whisk together the piña colada mix, pineapple juice, and coconut extract and set aside.

Toss together the pineapple, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and clementines in a large salad bowl. Drizzle the sauce over the fruit and gently toss to coat the fruit evenly in the sauce.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
