Neapolitan Express, the food truck company, has opened its brick-and-mortar locations: on East 111th Street in Harlem, and at 40 Wall St.
The trucks are eco-friendly, and the restaurants will use only 100 percent clean energy. The trucks will be able to recharge overnight at the Harlem location.
The new locations will offer new pizzas such as the Bianca and the Panuozzo, or pizza dough sandwiches, as well as salads.
