Hans Christian Andersen emphasizes nature’s beauty in his fairy tale “The Daisy.” He also emphasizes the importance of caring for and respecting it.

Near a house, outside the fence, a little daisy grows in the beautiful, green grass. With her white petals and yellow center facing the sky, she looks on the world with joy and gratitude. She “[learns] from the warm sun and everything about her just how good God is.” With a happy heart, she listens to the lark singing beautifully above her.
