Train’s “Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)” won a Grammy for Best Rock Song and another for Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s) in 2002.
The rock band, comprised of the trio of Patrick Monahan, Jimmy Stafford, and Scott Underwood beat Glee Cast’s “Don’t Stop Believin’,” Maroon 5’s “Misery,” Paramore’s “The Only Exception,” and Sade’s “Babyfather.”
The Grammy Awards, which telecast on CBS, Sunday at 8 p.m. EST and 5 p.m. PST, are considered the premier award of the American recording industry.
