Honey and chipotle peppers coat roasted broccoli in this sweet and smoky side dish. Serve alongside pork, roasted chicken, or any main dish that could use some kick.

Honey-Chipotle Roasted Broccoli

Active Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves 6
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced canned chipotles in adobo
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 cups broccoli florets (about 1 pound)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Whisk oil, honey, citrus juice, chipotles, garlic powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Add broccoli and toss to coat. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and roast, stirring once, until tender and browned in spots, 12 to 15 minutes.
