For the Cake
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
For the Glaze
  • 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons milk
  • Zest of 1 lemon
