Apple Cider-Glazed Pork Chops

Serves 4
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4- to 1-inch thick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a liquid measuring cup, whisk together apple cider, maple syrup, mustard, and thyme. Set aside.
