NYC Wine Class is holding a class that will teach foodies which cheeses are best to pair with certain wines. What’s different from this wine class is that you will get to pair each cheese with two wines to find out which wine is best suited to your taste buds.
The class is on Friday, June 21, from 7 p.m to 9:30 p.m. The class costs $90. You can sign up at Serious Eats.
